All information related to your credit or debit card is handled directly by Azul (Banco Popular Dominicano). "We" do not store, store, record or have any of the information related to the credit or debit card that the customer provides at the time of payment.

Failures in the payment process may occur for reasons beyond our control. However, we will always be in the best position to help you solve any inconvenience that may arise, with the understanding that it is a service managed by third parties.

The prices of the products are in Dominican pesos, due to the currency exchange prices in foreign currencies may vary according to the rate of the day and that of your bank.

Our products are charged In Dominican pesos since we are a based in the Dominican Republic business. We use money convertor for our clients’ facility, this means at the time of the purchase your payment can have a money difference that can be more or less according to the actual foreign exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
